Driver Needed –CDL Required! - Port Allen, LA
Driver needed for a Port Allen Company! The Driver must have a CDL and HAZMAT endorsement –Air Brake endorsement is preferred. The Driver will be responsible for handling FDA regulated product for delivery to hospitals. Delivery area will include the regions of Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Texas. One night per week on the road may be required –while on the road the company will provide accommodations, meals, etc. for the employee. The Company is looking for responsible, dependable, experience individuals with strong communication skills. Attention to detail extremely important! Education Requirements: High School diploma required. CDL required. HAZMAT endorsement required. Air Brake endorsement preferred. Experience: Experience with DOT regulations and driver logs required Additional Requirements: Must be computer literate; Microsoft Excel experience is needed. Experience with bar code scanning and data entry is also required. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! Type Of Position: Contract, 4-6 month assignment.
