Web Developer needed for an Engineering firm in Baton Rouge, LA! This opportunity is full-time, direct hire, in a fast paced setting. The Web Developer will also support IT with help desk calls as needed. Responsibilities will include:
• Writing and maintaining programming documentation;
• Conducting quality control testing on applications and websites;
• Training and development of applications and websites;
• Performing maintenance and updates to the company’s custom applications;
• Communicating with content owners and consultants;
• Troubleshooting problems of custom applications and websites;
• Responsible for updating, modifying and supporting the existing infrastructure as well as developing new technologies;
• Performing other incidental and related duties as requested and assigned.
Candidates must have experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, Active Server Pages, Java Script development, SQL, and .Net. Education Requirements: Degree in computer science or related field required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years programming experience and 2 years production HTML required. CSS experience also required. Type Of Position: Direct Hire Salary: Salary depending on qualifications!
