Office Assistant –Accounting Clerk/ Receptionist - Baton Rouge, LA

Accounting Clerk/ Receptionist needed! This position is full time in a business casual work environment. The Accounting Clerk/ Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, filing, accounts payable data entry, and other clerical duties as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player, has great customer service, and is well organized.

Education Requirements: High School diploma required.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in an office setting with related duties required.

Additional Requirements: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.

Type Of Position: Temp to Hire

Salary: $10.50-12.00 per hour, DOE
