A Leader in the Engineering Field is seeking an experience Business Unit Leader –Facility Program Manager! This is a direct hire opportunity and salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The Business Unit Leader –Facility Program Manager will provide planning and management in addition to sales, marketing, and leadership in the practice area, the Firm, and the clients. The ideal candidate has proven leadership and management skills, experience with building/ developing relationships with new and existing clients, and strong presentation skills! The candidate will also be responsible for:
• Developing new business through sales and marketing of program management services;
• Manage and oversee the performance of the business unit;
While providing:
• Project/ Program Management Services while utilizing Prolog and Primavera software tools;
• Design Management Services, including cost and schedule control, and value engineering;
• Construction Management Services, including construction phase services;
• Project Close-out services, including close-out reports, documents, and commissioning;
• And more!
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required. Certifications: Professional License in Architecture or Structural Engineering strongly preferred. PMP or other formal project management training or certification ideal. Experience: Minimum of 10 years architectural and program/project management experience. 5+ years experience in marketing and client development. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience. Additional Requirements: Experience with Prolog (project management software) and Primavera (scheduling software) required.
