Restaurant Manager - Baton Rouge, LA

Restaurant Manager needed in Baton Rouge, LA! The Manager will be responsible for providing direction to all shift supervisors and staff to ensure quality performance. The Manager will also be directly responsible for the overall operation and quality control standards of the venue in the Food and Beverage department, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies. The Manager will supervise all scheduling and payroll records, hiring/ termination of employees, perform duties of food and beverage employees as required to ensure guest satisfaction, inventory, and cost control by monitoring use of materials. This full time position will require varying schedules, including nights and weekends.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Valid ABC license required.

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience required. Training a plus!

Additional Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Type Of Position: Direct Hire

Salary: $42K, DOE
