Restaurant Assistant Manager/ Supervisor needed in Baton Rouge, LA! The Supervisor must be presentable with excellent communications skills –must be able to handle situations on a one-on-one basis, as well as group settings/ events. This excellent full time opportunity requires a certificate from a technical school as well as 3-5 months experience in this field. The Supervisor will be responsible for delegating work assignments to staff, creating schedules and completing payroll records for all employees on a daily basis, solves conflicts among staff, will provide performance evaluations to upper management, and will assist with the hiring/ training process of staff members. Education Requirements: 1 year certificate at technical school required. Valid ABC license required. Experience: 3-6 months related experience or training required.
