Electronics/ Service Technician - Baton Rouge, LA
Baton Rouge Industrial Services Company located near Industriplex seeking a Electronics/ Service Technician to join their staff! This position will provide in-house repair, service, and calibration of non-destructive testing equipment used in the oil industry. The right candidate will excel in this position and have expanded duties, including servicing Gamma Ray equipment (controls, cameras, related equipment), assist with expediting of BR orders when needed, packaging and shipping of products, and assisting with technical customer inquiries! Candidates must have the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. The Company’s ultimate goal for this employee is to become a key player in the progression of the facility! This is an entry level position with room for growth! It would be an excellent opportunity for those with prior military service, especially Navy, with experience using nuclear or radiographic electronics! Education Requirements: Associate degree and/or specialized training required. Experience: Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of experience strongly preferred.
