Medical Customer Service Representatives needed for a Baton Rouge Company conveniently located off of the interstate!
The Medical Customer Service Representatives will assist clients with their insurance claims (inquiries, issues, concerns) while working in a call center environemnt. Candidates must be patient and must possess the ability to show compassion while assisting clients. The ideal candidate is articulate, detail oriented, computer literate, and self-motivated! This is a full time, Monday through Friday position from 8am – 5pm, and is a long term contract opportunity with the chance of going perm –excellent way to get your foot in the door and GROW. The Company has a business casual work environment, with friendly staff! Ideal candidates have a very stable job history.
Education Requirements: High School diploma required. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply! Experience: Previous customer service experience while working in a call center environment taking calls in Que is required. Previous medical experience is required. Additional Requirements: Must be articulate, detail oriented, computer literate, and self-motivated. Communication skills are a must for this customer service position!
