Mortgage-Loan Modification - Baton Rouge, LA
Growing Mortgage Company seeking to fill multiple positions! Multiple Mortgage Workout Specialist candidates needed to start immediately!! Company specializes in loan acquisition, servicing, and real estate investment. This is a Monday through Friday, temp to perm position, located off of Sherwood Forest Blvd. Hours are tentatively set at 8-5, but could be multi-shift positions. Company is seeking individuals that have experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Property taxes;
Mortgage loans;
Loan processing;
Personal loans; and
Liens.
Candidates will contact delinquent accounts and assist qualifying customers with setting up loan modifications to avoid foreclosures.

Education Requirements: High School diploma required. Experience: Mortgage industry or related experience preferred! Additional Requirements: Knowledge of FDIC rules and regulations, and Fair Debt Collection Act is preferred. Working knowledge of Fiserve/mortgageserv is strongly preferred but not required. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus!
